I’m Dale. A Psychotherapist and Mental Health Clinician who can help you through the use of a range of psychological therapies that are tailored to your circumstances. I seek to draw on my acquired expertise, knowledge and life experiences to provide you with the best outcomes when seeking mental health support.
Holding a Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy, Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bachelor of Psychological Science, as well as an accredited level 2 member with the Australian Counselling Association, you can rest assured you will be treated with the appropriate care.
I utilise an integrative, person-centered and evidence-based approach to working with clients, applying both trauma-informed therapy and existential psychotherapy when needed.
Based in Adelaide, South Australia, I work predominantly online where clients can access my services wherever they may be. However, for those clients in the region I am available for in-person sessions.

ONLINE + PHONE
Video + Voice services are flexible and help if email sessions are not your style. We’ll speak together live, from the space you feel most comfortable. It also avoids making those stressful trips in traffic.
How about counselling in the fresh air while going for a stroll? Walking therapy allows you to combine a light walk with a supportive conversation. I’ll be with you every step of the way.
