I’m Dale. A Psychotherapist and Mental Health Clinician who can help you through the use of a range of psychological therapies that are tailored to your circumstances. I seek to draw on my acquired expertise, knowledge and life experiences to provide you with the best outcomes when seeking mental health support.
Holding a Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy, Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bachelor of Psychological Science, as well as an accredited level 2 member with the Australian Counselling Association, you can rest assured you will be treated with the appropriate care.
I utilise an integrative, person-centered and evidence-based approach to working with clients, applying both trauma-informed therapy and existential psychotherapy when needed.
Based in Adelaide, South Australia, I work predominantly online where clients can access my services wherever they may be. However, for those clients in the region I am available for in-person sessions.

Phone services are flexible and help if E-Therapy sessions are not your style. These allow sessions to be conducted where internet connections are unreliable or you prefer talking without being face-to-face.
How about counselling in the fresh air while going for a stroll? Walking therapy allows you to combine a light walk with a supportive conversation.
